Oxfordshire RTC – Developing Talent, Creating Opportunities

Oxfordshire Regional Talent Centre (RTC) is dedicated to identifying, developing, and supporting talented young footballers across the county. Our mission is to provide a structured pathway for aspiring young, offering a professional environment where they can refine their skills, progress, and reach their full potential. Whilst on the pitch is important, we also focus on supporting our young people’s life off the pitch.

With three well-established venues—Bicester – Whitelands Farm Sports Ground, Oxford at Oxford United’s Sport Park and The Oxford Academy in East Oxford, we deliver high-quality coaching for players from Year 1 (Under 6) to Year 11 (Under 16), ensuring a comprehensive development programme tailored to each stage of their footballing journey.

As a partner club of Coerver Coaching England and Wales, we are in unique position where all members receive access to the platform to practice at home which directly relates to the curriculum we deliver on a weekly basis. A Pathway for Ambitious Players

We are committed to working with the talented players, providing exceptional development opportunities within a competitive and supportive setting. As players progress into the Under 9s, we compete in the Junior Premier League, allowing them to experience a higher standard of competition to further enhance their growth.

Beyond Weekly Training

​

In addition to our structured weekly training sessions, the RTC offers:

​

• Specialist coaching for players seeking additional development opportunities

• Small group and 1-2-1 training sessions with experienced, FA and UEFA-qualified coaches

• Half-term and holiday programmes, providing further opportunities for player development

• International and Domestic Tours, providing unique opportunities for our young people to develop and experience the very best outside of the UK.

• Goalkeeper Clinics. In partnership with KZ goalkeeping and M1Goalkeeping we deliver 3 weekly goalkeeper clinics for all GKs at the club and beyond.

Elite Coaching & High-Quality Facilities

Our coaching team comprises highly qualified FA and UEFA-licensed coaches, delivering a professional training curriculum within top-class facilities. Each session is designed to develop technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game, ensuring that players receive the highest standard of coaching available.
